When will my order ship?

We place every order with our supplier the same business day. Most orders ship within 2-4 days and arrive within 5-9 days.

Where does my product come from?

We source from Amazon and ship the item directly to you under our account. You'll see "Amazon" on the package, but the order and support run through YouSquish.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best. After it ships, the order is locked.
