All sales are final.

Read this before you order — we mean it.

What this means

Every order placed on YouSquish is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing, color preferences, or change of mind. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


Why

We dropship from Amazon and place each order under our own account on your behalf. Your order ships directly from a fulfillment center we don't control, so we can't process returns through standard retail channels.


What we will do

  • Item arrives damaged or defective: contact us within 7 days at the Contact page with photos. We'll review case-by-case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
  • Item never arrives: contact us. If tracking confirms loss in transit, we'll work with you to resolve it.
  • Wrong item shipped: contact us with order number + photos.

What we won't do

  • Refund based on disliking the look, fit, or feel of an item
  • Accept returns of items that match the listing
  • Cancel orders after they ship
